"FLIPSIDE" ***************************
Freeway's new single "Flipside" is the 3rd single off of Freeway's debut
album PHILADELPHIA FREEWAY. "Flipside" is a radio smash hit and the
video is off the hook! "Flipside" was shot in Philly and it features
cameos by Jay-Z, Peedi Crakk, Beanie Sigel, the Young Gunz, Oschino &
Sparks, and comedian Micheal Blackson.
Comprised of six Philly rappers - Freeway, The Young Gunz, Oschino &
Sparks, Peedi Crakk - and coach Sigel, State Property is not only a
hip-hop supergroup, it's a franchise. After the success of the last
year's State Property movie and accompanying soundtrack,
Rocawear-distributed State Property clothing line and Freeway's
gold-certified debut LP, Philadelphia Freeway, another SP album is the

"Chris is gonna make it because he's so focused," says a smiling Sigel. "No matter what, he never leaves the studio, and he's been like that for 2 years. He just sits there watching me and watching Jay and you can hear the improvements with every rhyme." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sigel saves special respect for Chris due to his allegiance to his partner who fell back into the traps of the street shortly after signing their deal. "There was a time when Neef was kinda slippin' back into and I used to test Chris by asking him, like, 'What's up with Neef?' And he'd always be like, 'Don't worry. He's gonna get his mind right soon,'" says Sigel. "He stood by his man, and Neef did get that focus, so now they're ready."

Young Gunz ripped it down! The Young Gunz have been doing their thing
and their new single "Can't Stop, Won't Stop" is a radio smash hit! This

Stop" on the 106 & Park countdown. This video was shot is off da hook

State Property's newest member and the young 'Prince Of The
Roc,' has been generating crazy street buzz with a series of mixtape and
Roc-A-Fella releases, including Freeway's latest solo single "Flipside."
Chain Gang Vol. II gives Peedi his chance to shine, and he steps out on
bangers like "G.A.M.E.," "B.B. Gun," and the album's second single "When
You Hear That," featuring Beans and Dirt McGirt. Of course, Beans needs
to anchor his hungry young squad with a bit of the ol' school Roc, and
he brings Jay-Z along on "It's On." Elsewhere, windy-city spitter Twista
teams up with Oschino, Sparks and Young Chris on "Blow." The sum result
is an album that, much like a championship dynasty, showcases the group
strength of the State Property team, while highlighting the individual
talents of its members.
